Deer Match RESULTS 6/21/26
We held our monthly 400 yard Deer Target Match today, 6/21.
There were 19 shooters in attendance.
The top deer slayer in the Custom Class was James Eazor of Falls Creek. Coming in second was Frank Carrier of Summerville and third was Delmas Burkett of Burkett Hollow.
The winner of the Factory Varmint Class was David Shaw of Curwensville and the Deer Rifle Class winner was Tom Hamilton of Curwensville.

Kids Fishing Derby 6/20/26
We held our annual Kids Fishing Derby today, 6/20. There were 33 kids fishing with well over 80 people in attendance.
This year's champion was Kennedy Spencer of Grampian. She landed a 16" large mouth bass.

Groundhog March RESULTS 6/14
We held our first outdoor Groundhog Match of the year on Sunday the 14th.
There were 24 competitors in attendance.
Capturing first place in the Custom Class was birthday boy, Frank Carrier of Summerville, with a score of 195 5X's. Coming in second, with an extremely close score of 195 4X's, was Shaun Mj Letham of Marion Center. Third was Ed Watt of Loretto with a 194 4X's.
Factory Varmint Class was a clean sweep by the men from Marion Center. First was Carl Blose, second was Barry Blose and third was Wayne Letham.
The Group Match was won by Gene Delp of Brookville. He fired a 5 shot group at 300 yards that measured .847".

Annual Tack Driver RESULTS 5/30/26
We held our annual Tack Driver Lite match today, 5/30.
51 shooters competed.
The overall winner was Dr. Michael Drass of Duncansville. Coming in second was Jeremiah Keefe of Hastings and third was Dave Peyton of New Freedom.
High female shooter was Kim Weidler of Loganton.
High X count was a tie between Mike Hagan of Rimersburg and Austin Sass of Olanta.
High score target was won by Joe Stewart of Queenstown, Maryland. The best group target was won by Steven Strouse of Reynoldsville with a 5 shot group at 300 yards that measured .620".

We held our first 400 yard deer match of the year on Sunday, the 17th. There were 19 competitors.
The top deer shooter , in the Custom Class, was John Marr of Duncansville. Second was Delmas Burkett of Burkett Hollow and third was Tyler Smith of Olanta.
The Factory Varmint Class was won by David Shaw of Curwensville and second place went to Charles Delp of Brookville.
The group match winner was Steve May of Emporium. He fired a five shot group that measured 1.715.

Groundhog Results 4/11/26
We held our last Winter Groundhog Match of the year on Saturday, the 11th.
The Custom Class winner was Dean Brosious of Punxsutawney. Coming in second was Kim Weidler of Loganton and third was Jeremiah Keefe of Hastings.
The top gun in Factory Varmint Class was David Shaw of Curwensville. Second was Brian Baird of Dubois and third was Ed Gillnet of Rockton.
The top Group Shooter was Bill Weidler of Loganton. He fired a five shot group, at 200 yards, that measured .826".

Groundhog results 3/14/26
We held our monthly Winter Groundhog Match on Saturday the 14th.
The winds were extremely hard to read with gusts of 35 mph.
The Unlimited Class ended up with a tie for first place between Kim Weidler, of Loganton, and Steven Strouse of Reynoldsville. Third went to Jeremiah Keefe of Hastings.
The Factory Varmint Class was won by David Shaw of Curwensville and second went to Ed Gillnet of Rockton.
Bill Weidler, of Loganton, put on a class of how to read conditions by firing a 5 shot group, at 200 yards, that measured .527" and taking home the group win.

Kill Phil 2/7/26 RESULTS
We held our annual Kill Phil match on Saturday the 7th. The competitors were shooting through blowing snow and 35 mph winds. It was difficult to say the least.
The top Groundhog killer was Delmas Burkett of Burkett Hollow. Following in second was Kim Weidler of Loganton and third was Austin Sass of Olanta.
The top shot in the Factory Varmint Class was Danielle Strouse of Reynoldsville.
The Group Match was won by Frank Carrier of Summerville. He fired a 5 shot group, at 200 yards, that measured .995".

Winter Match RESULTS 1/10/26
We held our first winter match of the season on 1/10.
The winner of the Custom Class was Kim Weidler of Loganton, followed very closely by her husband Bill Weidler. Third place was a tie between Jeremiah Keefe of Hastings and Dave Gilson of Summerville.
The winner of the Factory Varmint class was Steven Strouse of Reynoldsville and second place went to an up and coming young shooter, Tucker Bakaysa of Smithmill.
The group match was won by Jeremiah Keefe with a 5 shot group at 200 yards that measured .460".

Deer match RESULTS 10/19/25
We held our annual Deer Rifle Challenge Match today, 10/19.
For the first time in this match, we had a tie.
The two competitors coming out on top were Jeff Sass, of Curwensville and Frank Carrier, of Summerville.
The winner of the group match was Tom Hamilton of Curwensville. He fired a 5 shot group, at 400 yards, that measured 2.848".
