Club Members;
We would like to have a meeting to discuss the possible purchase of the 50 acre Bachelier property .
This tract of land lies south of the club property and encompasses 50 acres.
This property is currently listed for $200,000 but is offered to the club at a previously agreed offering price of $160,000.
Please respond to this email with your interest, days of the week and times that are good for you to meet at the club if you are interested in discussing:
- Interest in a group purchase of the land for club use.
- Financing options.
- Individual interest in buying the property.
- Pros and cons of purchasing the property.
- Possible funding options etc....
They don't make land anymore and I would like to explore any possible way of protecting the club from potentially hostile neighbors.
