We held our monthly Groundhog Match on Sunday, 8/9.
This was the closest finish that anyone can remember.
Taking home the top honors in the Custom Class was Kim Weidler, of Loganton, with a score of 194 & 2X's. Coming in a very close second was Mike Huth, of Punxsutawney, with a score of 194 & 1X. Bill Weidler, of Loganton, came in a tight third with a score of 193 & 4 X's.
The Factory Varmint Class was won by Carl Blose of Marion Center. Second was Nate Gatskie of Marion Center and third was Wayne Letham also of Marion Center.
The Group Match winner was Frank Carrier of Summerville.
He fired a 5 shot group at 200 yards that measured .644".
