Club Damage - Needs immediate repair!

Whoever drove over the caution tape and tore up the front yard needs to get this fixed now, while the yard is still soft. This kind of damage is unacceptable! There are rules for expulsion in our by-laws about causing damage to the club.  Remember that the yard is very soft this time of year, as it always is, and to refrain from driving on the grass till after it drys up.
thanks,
hammy

Match Results
The first winter match had 14 shooters in zero degree weather. A special thanks to Steve Strouse for running the match.

Old Business
Roger Thomas has been contacted as the winner of the members only drawing. Volunteers are still needed for the Grice Gun Shop  sale. Please contact Tom Hamilton for times to volunteer.

New Business
Due to the CWD outbreak and feeding ban in CWD areas, we will not be putting any corn out in the feeder this year. Breck Neeper made a motion to fill the fuel oil tank and drum for the tractor. The motion passed on a Steve Wagner second and he volunteered to coordinate the fuel delivery. Tom Noble volunteered to replenish the kitchen supplies (plates, bowls, garbage bags etc..). The new calendar has been posted on the wall with match schedules.

Bob Huston won the door prize and donated it back to the club.

Joel Dutra made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded by James Johnston.

Respectfully submitted by Randy Mitchell secretary.
