April is the dealine to pay club dues
Members are reminded that the deadline for paying 2011 dues is April 9, the next club meeting.  Those who still owe should bring check or cash to the meeting, or send them to Treasurer George McCoy at his home or place of business.

We will begin filling vacancies at the April meeting.

Minutes of Meeting
March 12, 2011

The meeting was called to order at 8:04 p.m. by President Jeremy Smith.

Minutes of the February meeting were presented by acting secretary Joel Dutra and approved by a motion by Carl Huss.

George McCoy gave the Treasurers Report that included both the February and March amounts. A motion by Breck Neeper to approve the reports passed.

A motion to pay the presented bills carried on the motions by Tom Noble seconded by Dave McNeel.

Walt Kozemchuk advised that receipts, even for petty cash, should be kept for tax purposes.

Old Business
Dates for the trap shoots are June 3rd, and August 7th. That completes the match schedule for the 2011 season.

A reminder to all members to have dues and points paid by next meeting (April) as new members will be inducted for vacancies.

Andy Shaffer reported there is seed left but the draw bar for the tractor can not be found. Any member with information should advise him. A replacement will be aproximately $100.00.

Jim Johnston showed the 2010 winners plaques for the 22 matches. Jack Igo was the winner of unlimited and Mark Colman for the squirrel class. Targets are okay for at least the first several matches.

Work parties were set for April 9th and May 14th.

New Business
Andy Shaffer requested an increase in farming petty cash to $200.00 the motion passed.

Some discussion on the new alcohol policy was had; the board of directors will review and present the by-law changes.

Marty Hrin reported Youth Field Days at Camp Mountain Run will be help June 4th for 7 – 14 year old, and volunteers would be appreciated.

The spring raffle sold 1,237 tickets and the profit was approximately $1334.00.

A motion to adjourn was made at 9:11 and Bud Thomas won the 50/50.
