Old Business
Bryan Brubaker has taken care of the water for the winter. After a discussion it was agreed to buy $675.00 of lime for 14 acres of the fields There are now 920 tickets distributed for the January raffle, which is a very good showing. Member tickets are available for $20.00 for our December 16th members only drawing.  The remaining unsold member tickets will be available for purchase at our December meeting.
New Business
The furnace fuel was checked and we still have ½ of a tank after 3 years. It was decided that we would wait before purchasing more fuel for this winter.  Long time member George “Dudley” Shimmel passed away this week. Dudley had no immediate family members and the members agreed to buy a book for the library in his memory. Tom Hamilton will research the procedure and report to the December meeting. Randy Mitchell reported we have received a ballot from The USDA for a vote for a local representative and the members agreed to vote for Steve Blackburn.

REMINDER: Member tickets are available for $20.00 for our December 16th members only drawing.  The member drawing will be for a Kimber Hunter Rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor. All members are urged to get tickets for our club drawing.

Jeff Kriner made a motion to adjourn and Tom Noble seconded the motion.

A very excited George McCoy won the door prize and refused to reimburse Dave McNeel $1.00 for drawing his ticket.

Respectfully submitted by Randy Mitchell secretary.
