There will be another Trap Shoot Steak Feed on 8/26/12.  Please let Tom know if you plan to attend by 8/21/12 to allow time to order the food. There were 2 shooters for the rimfire match and the scheduled rimfire matches have been cancelled for the rest of the season. Old Business
Charles Bungo donated lumber and material to build the shotgun backstop.  It was determined that the archery range will be built parallel to the driveway and between the Autumn Olive bushes, and a meeting will be held for the final plans.  Steve Strouse made a motion to supply $125.00 for the new archery range and the motion passed on a Dave McNeel second.

New Business
The Fishing Derby had 25 kids and approximately 40 adults in attendance. Despite a lot of rain the event was very successful with every kid leaving with a prize. Tom presented the club with a framed picture of the kids who participated, with special thanks to his wife for putting the picture and frame together.  Their will be a meeting in January to make plans for next year's fishing derby. There will be a work party in September to rebuild the 50 yard range target holder.

A discussion was held concerning rebuilding the front of the camp, it is estimated to cost approximately $1,000.00.  Joel Harris was presented as a new member and he was approved on a Bob Huston motion and a Tom Noble second.

Bob McClure won the prize drawing.

Tom Noble made a motion to adjourn and Ken Straub seconded the motion.

Respectfully submitted by Randy Mitchell, Secretary.
