Andy Murtagh will be at the Tack Driver match on Saturday. He is bringing his merch trailer with powder, bullets and primers. You don't have to be a competitor to stop in and see what he's got. Members and the public are welcome.
We held our monthly Deer target match on Sunday, the 22nd. Competitors battled heat and wind.
Coming out on top was Delmas Burkett of Punxsutawney, followed by Mike Huth of Punxsutawney and Alvin Lee of Duncansville.
The group match was won by Jeff Sass of Curwensville. He had a five shot group, at 400 yards that measured 0.835".

We held our monthly Groundhog Match today. 6/15. There were 24 competitors in attendance.
Conditions were pretty tough with all the food.
Jeremiah Keefe, of Hastings, continues his dominance in the Custom Class with another first place finish. Finishing a close second was Austin Sass , of Curwensville. There was a tie for third between Jeff Gates of Altoona and Bill Weidler of Loganton.
The Factory Class winner was Barry Blose of Marion Center, followed by Carl Blose of Marion Center.
The group match was won by Keefe, with a 5 shot group at 400 yards that measured 1.108".

We held our first 400 Yard Deer Target Match today, 5/18.
What a blast it was, literally. The wind was bad, with up to 40 mph gusts, and kept switching directions.
The Custom Class had a 3 way tie for first between Austin Sass of Olanta, Alvin Lee of Duncansville and Delmas Burkett of Burkett Hollow Rd.
The Factory Varmint Class winner was David Shaw of Curwensville followed by Joel Dutra of Grampian.
Dutra also won the Deer Rifle Class.
Jeremiah Keefe of Hastings won the group match, firing a 5 shot group at 400 yards that measured 1.457".

Jeremiah Keefe, of Hastings, was the big winner of our last Winter Groundhog Match. He took first place in the Unlimited Class and won the group match with a 5 shot group, at 200 yards that measured .495". Following close behind, by only 1 point, was Kim Weidler of Loganton. Tied for third was Stu Smith of Hormtown and Mike Park of Mayport.
Steven Strouse of Reynoldsville, continued to dominate the Factory Class by winning the season finale. Second was David Shaw , of Curwensville, and third was Brian Baird of Luthersburg.

We held our monthly Groundhog Match on Saturday the 8th.
Top gun, in the Unlimited Class was Austin Sass of Olanta. 2nd went to Jack Balon of Ebensburg and a 3 way tie for 3rd between Jeff Sass of Curwensville, Gene Delp of Brookville and Charles Delp of Brookville.
The Factory Class was won by Steven Strouse of Reynoldsville, followed by David Shaw of Curwensville and Tanner Reitz.
The group match was won by Pat Demeglio, of Saylorsburg, with a group at 200 yards that measured .667".

We held our annual "Kill Phil" match on Saturday the February 8th. There were 20 competitors in attendance.
Coming out on top, with a score of 205, was Hastings native, Jeremiah Keefe. Second place went to Jack Balon of Ebensburg and third was Kim Weidler of Logan on. The Factory Class was won by Steven Strouse of Reynoldsville.
Bill Weidler, of Loganton, won the group match with a 5 shot group, at 200 yards, that measured .673".

The club would like to thank everyone that supported us during our fundraiser.
We held our first Winter Groundhog Match of the year on Saturday, 1/11. There were 18 shooters in attendance.
The Custom Class winner was Jack Balon of Ebensburg, second was Stu Smith of Reynoldsville and third was Austin Sass of Olanta.
The Factory Class winner was Caz Silvis of Brookville, followed by Dean Brosious of Punxsutawney.
Jeremiah Keefe, of Hastings, won the side group match with a 5 shot group at 200 yards that measured .853".

- Trap shooting range with enclosed trap house;
- Outdoor IR 50/50 rimfire benchrest range with roof-covered shooting benches
