Steve Beretsel questioned the reasons why we are considering going alcohol free, and a long discussion was held concerning the pros and cons, with Tom Noble noting the motion is just an erosion of another one of our freedoms. The questionnaire concerning our insurance has been completed by Randy and returned to the insurance company.

Match Reports
Match results are posted on the website. The Trap Shoot had a very light turnout and it was decided that Sunday Shoots are better than Saturday Shoots. The 400-yard match had 50 targets shot and the 22 match had 27 targets scored.

New Business
It was noted that club member Ed Spencer’s father passed away and a sympathy card was presented to be signed and sent to him. Due to the poor condition of the trap machine the next Trap Shoot has been cancelled. Several members and Jerry Bloom in particular are going to check on the cost of a new trap thrower. Steve Beretsel reported that the electric line which runs over the pond, and dead ends at the lower end of the property is a live line and presents a danger to the club. Tom Noble volunteered to contact United Electric to see if they will disconnect the line.
