Old Business
There will be a meeting with the NWTF to organize and plan the Youth Only Chukar hunt to be held at the club. Since the NWTF is a 501c3 corporation Tom Hamilton will contact Walmart for a donation.
Members are reminded to use the practice target holders on the range. Several clips and crossboards were damaged recently by somebody hanging targets and clay pigeons incorrectly on the regular target holders. The Anderson Creek Watershed Association will be making a donation for our annual fishing derby for kids. The derby will be held June 20th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Jim Johnston has talked to the Township Supervisors about using their boom mower to mow around the pond prior to the fishing derby. Walt Kuzemchock reported that the 400 yard match has been moved from April 19th to April 26th.
New Business
There will be a work party on April 25th starting at 10:00 pm. The work party will be for general cleanup, fixing the flue pipe, and roofing for the gun room. Marty Hrin was volunteered to redo the sidewalk in front of the club on a motion by Walt Kuzemchock ad a second by Bud Thomas. Our sign at the entrance needs replaced and Tom Hamilton will get sketches and a quote for replacement. The silhouette matches will be replaced by groundhog matches. The new target format was presented to the members and on a motion by Joel Dutra and a second by Ken Straub the club will buy 400 of the new targets for $95.00. Doug Ell and Jason Bloom failed to pay their dues and were removed as members. On a motion by Walt Kuzemchock and a second by James Johnston, Dave Johnston was given life member status. Dave McNeel made a motion to supply Andy Shaffer with $200 in petty cash for farm supplies and the motion passed on a Bob Huston second. A discussion to extend the driveway past the club house was tabled pending more information.
Andy Shaffer won the door prize.

Thanks dear for sharing the 2015 Meeting Minutes! George McCoy’s report was really very impressive. He did great research before making this report. Anyways dear, I need to book a spacious venue for my annual corporate events. I visited various venue but most of them are quite small. Can you help by sharing some recommendations?
