Old Business
Walt Kuzemchock reported the deer shoot on the 9th had 16 shooters and the silhouette match had 2 shooters. Bud Ellis has installed the timer for the new furnace and the heat runs to the shooting room. The timer allows the furnace to run for one hour and then must be reset for additional time.
New Business
Tom Hamilton was presented a $50.00 gift certificate for highest point average in Deer Rifle matches. Bob Huston delivered a water sample to Mahaffey Labs. Walt Kuzemchock read the results and stated that our water quality in the pond is excellent in all categories. A special thank you goes to all of the members for a very successful raffle and for their ticket sales. We still need a volunteer to run the IBS matches next year. We need volunteers to man the table at the annual Grices Gun Shop sale which will be held January 31st and February 1st. There is a sign up sheet on the bulletin board to volunteer.
Scott Brubaker made a motion to move the December meeting to the third Saturday of December to avoid conflicting with the last day of deer season. The motion passed on a Steve Strouse second. Roger Thomas won the members only drawing for the Remington 260 and Walt reported we did not lose money on the drawing this year. Mike Straub and Joe Mitchell have replaced the siding on the west end of the club house and plan to replace a window and side the kitchen wall in the spring. Mike Straub was appointed construction manager. Carl Huss was reelected to his expiring seat on the Board of Directors.
