Match Reports – There were 5 shooters at the 22 match. A discussion was held concerning a drop in the number of shooters at the matches. Tom Noble reported 18 shooters at the Steak Feed/Trap Shoot and the shoot was successful. There were intermittent problems with the thrower mainly due to biodegradable birds breaking in the thrower.

Old Business – The Second Annual Steve McClure Fishing Derby was very successful. The weather was perfect for the 36 registered participants. Over 100 people attended with numerous prizes awarded. A picture of the winners will be framed and sent to Michael McClure.

The benches at the 400-yard range have been moved again. A discussion was held about permanently attaching the benches to the concrete.

DO NOT MOVE THE BENCHES AT THE 400 YARD RANGE.

Randy Mitchell reported he has received notification that we are now a registered CMP club. The Civilian Marksmanship Program affiliation allows our members to purchase items from the CMP website (ammunition, guns, parts, books, etc...) The website is thecmp.org and our registration number is posted on a certificate at the club.

The brush and trees around the apple trees need trimmed.

New Business
Joel Harris has arranged for the use of a D5 dozer in order to excavate for the addition of a 100, 200 and 300-yard range on the current 400-yard range. For a $500 mobilization fee we can use the dozer for an entire weekend. The club must pay for the fuel and only Joel Harris and Mike Salada can operate the dozer. Charles Bungo made a motion to provide $1000 to cover the cost of the dozer, fuel and other incidentals. The motion passed on a Jim Johnston second. Randy Mitchell has access to mulch hay and suggested we arrange to buy mine mix for planting prior to the excavation.
We have received new 10% discount tickets for Dunhams. Please contact Randy Mitchell for these tickets.

Bob McClure made a motion to adjourn.

Respectfully submitted by Randy Mitchell, secretary.
