It is with great sadness that I am letting our members know that Rick Stanko, of Sheffield, passed away at his home on December 19th, 2011.
Rick has been attendng, and winning, our 400 yard matches since we started having them. He was very active at the Ridgway Rifle Club and would go out of his way to help anyone in the shooting sports. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and a very good competitive shooter, winning matches wherever he went.
Rick was a very good friend and we will miss him deeply.
