March 12, 2016 Meeting Minutes
Meeting was called to order by Scott Brubaker at 7:30 p.m.
The March minutes were presented by Randy Mitchell and approved on a motion by Joel Dutra and a second by Robert McClure.. The treasurer’s report was presented by George McCoy and approved on a motion by Shannon McKee and a second by Dave McNeel.
Match Results
Walt Kuzemchock reported he had 27 shooters 4 shooters in factory class and 23 in unlimited class.
Old Business
The lawn mower committee reported that a new Cub Cadet Tank, zero turn mower with a steering wheel at these prices:
48” $4,999.00
54” $5,499.00
60” $5,999.00
George McCoy and Ken Straub will visit Dunlap Lawn and Garden to get a firm quote and determione the best mower for our use.
New Business
A discussion was held concerning the planting of food plots and what needs to be prepared for the new year. Jeremy Smith volunteered to rebuild the sprayer and Jeff Kriner has no piping for the sprayer. The fields will need sprayed to kill the weeds and thistle. Andy Shaffer and several volunteers will formulate a “Plan for Farming”.
Randy Mitchell received an email notification that the NRA liability insurance is due.
A discussion was held concerning dates for the trap shoot/steak feeds.
Robert McClure won the door prize.
Breck Neeper made a motion to adjourn and Ken Straub seconded the motion.
