It was a little cool with a ton of mirage, but 11 shooters came for the today's (4/21) 400-yard round target match.

Opening day of PA trout season was very good for Benjamin, son of club  member Andy Chimenti, with one of the limit of fish he caught by 9 a.m.  This brown trout measured 14" and was caught on Medix Run using a night crawler.

We had 10 shooters and hope all had a great time as conditions were not the best.  It was very windy.

We also had 2 JR's shoot the match:  Gus Redin and Shooter Cummings.  We hope they enjoyed the match.

The ice has melted off the pond. Karen and I spotted several small bass at the lower end near the 200-yard backstop.

 

The pond water was tested about a week and a half ago, and we should have the results by this Saturdays meeting.
